Venis is a new line of luxury tiles available at Plaadipunkt that renders it almost impossible to tell the difference between marble and ceramic tiles. Due to a novel manufacturing method, every tile with a size of 33 x 100 cm is special and unique like a tile made of marble. The edges of the tiles are cut and polished, they do not have a patternless "frame" like ordinary tiles. The sharp edge makes it possible to install the tile so that the cutting marks are almost non-existent (no larger than 0.2 mm), regardless of the tile size.

One can easily distinguish marble from an ordinary tile just by the printed pattern visible on its surface under close scrutiny. As no print is used in the Quartz line, the tiles look like marble also at a closer sight. The surface of the tile is particularly glossy like that of polished marble, but without pores and defects typical of polished marble. The gloss and deepness of the pattern is achieved by an excessively thick special glaze. And as it is known, Quartz is easy to care for like any other tiles - without the trouble of taking care of marble.
